By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.
You sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@commandbean.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

You retain ownership of all data you create or import into CommandBean — your tasks, notes, events, and business information. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

CommandBean integrates with Google Calendar, Tasks, Gmail, and Drive through Google's official APIs. Your use of these integrations is also subject to Google's Terms of Service. You may revoke CommandBean's access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account settings.
CommandBean is currently in early access. The Service is provided "as is" and may contain bugs, incomplete features, or experience downtime. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time during this period. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
Certain features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing terms, and cancellation policies will be clearly disclosed before any charge is made. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in our refund policy.
The CommandBean name, logo, product design, and underlying software are the property of CommandBean and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding or copy our software without written permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMMANDBEAN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CommandBean, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@commandbean.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
