Command Bean is operations software for owners who run one or more restaurants and small businesses. The owner runs every location from one Command Bean account, and their staff use Command Bean to file the opening and closing checklists for their shifts.
Command Bean Shift Reminders is Command Bean's text message program for those staff. When you open or close a shift, Command Bean texts you a link to that shift's checklist (for example, tonight's closing checklist). You open the link on your phone, fill it in, and send it. There's no app to install and no login.
We only text people who have opted in themselves, and we only text about your own shifts. We never send marketing or promotional messages through this program.
Every message comes from Command Bean and is written by Command Bean, not by the business. Because one owner may run several locations, and you may work at more than one, every message names the location of your shift.
Text JOIN followed by your workplace's name to the Command Bean Shift Reminders number: (904) 913-0311. Your workplace posts a sign like this one:
Command Bean replies right away to confirm. Until you text JOIN, Command Bean does not text you.
It depends on your schedule: usually 1 to 4 messages per opening or closing shift, and none on days you aren't opening or closing.
Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the aggregators and providers that deliver the text messages. Full details are in section 8 of our Privacy Policy. The program terms are in section 13 of our Terms of Service.
