Data Deletion
Last updated: June 29, 2026
You can delete your data from CommandBean at any time. This page explains how, and what happens when you do. It applies to all data we hold, including anything accessed from connected Google, Microsoft, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok accounts.
Disconnect a single account
To stop CommandBean from accessing one connected service while keeping the rest of your account, disconnect it:
- In the app — open settings for that feature (email, calendar, or social) and choose Remove / Disconnect.
- From the platform — you can also revoke CommandBean from your Google Account, your Facebook/Instagram Business Integrations settings, or your TikTok Security & Permissions settings.
When you disconnect a service, we remove the stored access tokens for it and stop accessing it.
Delete your entire account and data
To permanently delete your CommandBean account and all associated data, choose either option:
- Email us at privacy@commandbean.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account." We may ask you to confirm to prevent unauthorized requests.
- In the app, where available, use Settings → Account → Delete account.
We will permanently delete your account and associated data within 30 days of a verified request, and confirm by email when it's done.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile information.
- The content you created in CommandBean — tasks, notes, events, lists, and social posts you composed.
- Stored access tokens and connection settings for any Google, Microsoft, Meta, or TikTok accounts you connected.
- Any cached data we held to display your connected services.
What we cannot delete: content that already lives on a third-party platform itself — for example, a post you published to your own Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok account, or an email already delivered. Those remain under your control on that platform and can be removed there.
